Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the TubeWrist application ("the App"), provided by Mukhriddin Ergashaliev ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
The App is an independent, unofficial client for viewing publicly available online video on Apple Watch. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to YouTube or Google LLC. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC. All content accessed through the App belongs to its respective owners.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms of Use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
The App is free to download and offers optional paid features ("TubeWrist Pro").
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew
What a subscription pays for. TubeWrist Pro unlocks features of the App itself: removal of the daily playback limit, higher playback quality, audio-only mode, the sleep timer, and playback speed control. It does not include, resell, grant, or provide access to any third-party content, account, subscription, or service. Content available to paying users is the same content available to free users.
4. Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are granted by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms of Use. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly, though we will help you where we can.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App in compliance with all laws that apply to you, and with the terms of any third-party service you access through it. You are responsible for your own use of the App and for the content you choose to view.
6. Availability and changes
The App depends on third-party services we do not control and cannot guarantee access to. Those services may change, restrict, or withdraw access at any time, which may degrade or break features of the App, temporarily or permanently. We may add, change, or remove features. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you materially breach these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law or granted by Apple.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
